Ways to Donate

While many people might assume that food is our largest expense, that is not the case. Some of our most significant costs involve the supplies needed to serve the meals such as to-go containers, utensils, napkins, condiments, and bottled water. These items alone cost more than $12,000 annually. Additional operating costs include utilities, trash pickup, pest control, insurance coverage and security monitoring. A gift of $240 helps cover a full week of meal supplies and bottled water.

Kitchen of HOPE is a 501c3 organization. There are several ways to make a tax-deductible contribution:

• Mail a check directly to the Kitchen of HOPE at PO Box 3112, Kingsport TN 37664

• Donate online through EXTERNAL BILL PAY through your home bank as a one-time or recurring transaction. You just need the name of the organization, Kitchen of HOPE, as well as our PO Box address

• Donate via PayPal

At the end of the year, you will receive a receipt to thank you for your donation to Kitchen of HOPE that will serve as your tax statement.
